Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Pretty & Pampered Kids website and general interactions with Pretty & Pampered Kids LLC (“Pretty & Pampered Kids,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Services
Pretty & Pampered Kids provides mobile children’s spa party experiences and related celebration services. Service descriptions, package inclusions, add-ons, pricing, and availability may change from time to time.
Submitting an inquiry through our website does not create a reservation or guarantee availability.
Booking a Party
A party date is not reserved until Pretty & Pampered Kids has confirmed availability and all required booking steps have been completed.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, confirmed bookings require a signed Party Booking Agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled event.
Bookings made within 7 days of an event may require payment in full.
The terms contained in a signed Party Booking Agreement will govern a specific booked event and will control if they differ from general information presented on this website.
Pricing
Party packages currently start at $450. Pricing may vary depending on guest count, selected add-ons, personalization, location, custom requests, and other event requirements.
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change. Pricing confirmed for a booked event will be reflected in the applicable booking documentation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable.
When at least 7 days’ notice is provided, a deposit may be transferred one time to another mutually available date within 90 days, subject to the terms of the Party Booking Agreement.
Rescheduling requested less than 7 days before an event will be reviewed individually, and additional charges may apply because supplies, staffing, personalized products, or other event preparations may already have been committed.
Payments made within 7 days of an event are generally non-refundable.
Personalized, custom, or non-reusable items are non-refundable and may need to be repurchased for a rescheduled event.
Additional provisions concerning emergencies, illness, severe weather, cancellations, and rescheduling are provided in the Party Booking Agreement.
Guest Count & Event Details
Final guest count and required party details must generally be provided at least 7 days before the event. Late additions are subject to availability and additional charges.
The client is responsible for providing an appropriate, safe, and accessible space for the booked experience and for appropriate adult supervision of children throughout the event.
Spa Activities
Pretty & Pampered Kids experiences are designed for entertainment and celebration purposes.
Our spa activities are not professional cosmetology, esthetic, nail, medical, dermatological, or therapeutic services and should not be considered a substitute for professional care.
Parents and guardians are responsible for informing Pretty & Pampered Kids of relevant allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, medical concerns, or other circumstances that may affect participation.
Participation in particular activities may be modified or declined when appropriate for safety.
Food & Beverages
Some experiences may include kid-friendly beverages or food-related items. Clients are responsible for informing us of known food allergies or dietary concerns before the event.
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Personalized Items
Personalized robes, spa bags, décor, favors, and other customized products may require advance ordering and may be subject to separate deadlines.
Because personalized items are prepared specifically for an event or guest, they are generally non-refundable once production or purchasing has begun.
Photography & Media
Photography and video use may be subject to permission from a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult. Additional photography and media provisions may be included in the Party Booking Agreement.
Website Content
The Pretty & Pampered Kids name, branding, logo, website design, photographs, graphics, written content, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.
Website Availability
We work to keep information on this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely current.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services and business evolve. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
